4. Social Media Timeline & Chat Group Metrics

Our social networking and group messaging modules logging processes respect strict user boundaries and digital lifecycle limitations:

To protect our directory members from malicious bot calls and anonymous spam, we enforce a strict Handshake Contact Disclosure Rule:

⚠️ IMPORTANT PROTOCOL: While you can hide your phone and email from being shown on your public profile via your Privacy Settings, choosing to actively click "Call" or "Inquire as Lead" on any business card represents a conscious contact hand-shake. This action instantly exposes your real name, email, and phone contact to the target business owner on their Leads Workspace, giving them a right of response.

6. Cookies & Auto-Login Sessions

We use secure local session parameters and encrypted browser cookies to persist your dashboard logins safely for up to 30 days. No persistent profiling or third-party tracking is ever shared with external networks.

7. Privacy Controls (Your Choices)

Inside your Edit Profile Workspace, you have immediate access to several public visibility settings:

  • Toggle the visibility of your email address, phone contact, and date of birth.
  • Toggle social link handles.
  • Allow or restrict other directory users from initiating live chats with you.
