Terms of Use Agreement

By registering or interacting on the ALGIAM system, you accept these guidelines in their entirety. Please review our framework.

1. Account Integrity & Verification

By registering an account with the ALGIAM Portal, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful details. Impersonation of other professionals, spam-bot generation, or registering under falsified names is strictly prohibited.

For business listings requesting verified badges, owners must furnish authentic identification details. Providing falsified verification files will result in immediate suspension.

2. Catalog & Listings Conduct

Approved businesses can publish multi-format offerings (including products, services, and career postings):

  • No Deceptive Pricing: Declared listing prices, service rates, or salary parameters must represent fair, genuine market ranges.
  • Decency of Content: Post descriptions, names, tags, and covers must not contain offensive, copyright-infringing, or misleading vocabulary.
  • Lifecycles: All postings are governed by standard validation periods. You agree to let items expire or mark them paused once limits or timelines are met.

3. Ratings & Cross-Review System Rules

To preserve system transparency, ratings must reflect genuine business transactions:

  • Strict Anti-Self-Review Rule: Business owners, associated coordinators, and listing publishers are blocked from submitting positive reviews on their own offerings or stores.
  • Spam Ratings Restricted: Submitting malicious, coordinated negative reviews on competitor profiles to alter database averages is a material breach of these terms.

4. Social Timeline & Portfolio Media Rules

Our social networking feed allows specialists to present updates. By uploading content, you agree to:

  • Media File Limitations: Uploads are limited to 5 attachments per post. Executable scripts disguised as media files are instantly blocked.
  • Honest Metadata Tagging: Abusing search index tags to artificially inflate listing suggestions violates site integrity rules.
  • Responsibility for Visibility: Users are solely responsible for setting appropriate visibility toggles (Public, Friends, or Private) on their social updates.

5. Group Conversation & Lounge Guidelines

Our integrated messaging lounge supports both 1-on-1 chats and group channels. All users must maintain professional boundaries:

  • Group Size limits: Group channels are capped at 50 active members. The group creator holds the rights to manage participants or eject users from the channel.
  • Anti-Spam File Restrictions: Transferring automated scripts inside channels is grounds for immediate account locking.
  • Message Lifecycles: Editing is permitted for 30 minutes, after which message modifications are locked.

6. Lead Generation & Inquiries Agreement

Users understand that the "Call / Inquire" interaction system is intended to facilitate legitimate business inquiries.

⚠️ CONTACT DISCLOSURE RULE: By submitting an inquiry or placing a call, you consent to our system releasing your account coordinates directly to the target business owner's dashboard as a recorded Lead.

7. Admin Rights & Access Controls

Portal administrators preserve full authority to suspend, lock, or terminate profiles found violating these terms, hosting deceptive listings, or engaging in spam call activities. Suspended accounts are immediately restricted from accessing dashboard workspaces.
